FAQ's
How should I prepare for my appointment?
In the days leading up to your appointment, we will send you a reminder email that includes information about preparation for your pet(s) surgery. Please read them carefully, and contact us if you have any concerns.
What is the check-in process?
We currently use a 'drive-thru' style check-in process at our clinics. All clients will remain in their vehicles, and our staff will assist at each car in line. You will be given a QR code that allows you to fill out our check-in form on your smartphone (or we will provide a tablet if you do not have a smartphone device).
How young can a kitten be spayed?
We can spay or neuter kittens as young as 6 weeks old. Since female kittens can become pregnant as early as 4 months, we recommend fixing them as soon as they’re old enough.
Do you offer declawing?
We do NOT offer declawing services at our clinics. Declawing is extremely painful and harmful to animals, and we are firmly opposed to the practice.
Do you provide services for dog's?
We currently ONLY provide canine services at our California clinic locations. Our Indiana/Ohio clinics provide services for felines only.

How do I add-on services (such as vaccines / nail trims / etc)?
When you arrive at the clinic, you will be given a QR code that brings up our check-in form. This form will allow you to input your owner/pet(s) information and select any additional services that you would like to add-on.
What if my cat is pregnant, in-heat, or nursing?
We are able to spay female cats even if they are pregnant, in heat, or nursing. There is no additional charge for any of these circumstances.

If the cat is nursing kittens that have not yet been weaned, please bring them to the clinic along with the mother. They will be able to nurse safely before and after her procedure.
Can someone else bring my pet in for me?
If someone else is bringing your pet to their appointment, please ensure the caretaker can provide the owner's name, phone number, email address, and home address for the pet’s medical records.
When will you be in my area?
To see our current schedule, click on the 'Where We'll Be' tab. If you do not see a certain location listed, then we are either not scheduled to be there or the clinic is already sold out.

How do I apply for financial assistance?
To apply for financial assistance, please visit the 'Financial Aid' tab to access our application.

*Please apply at least 3 days prior to the clinic date you wish to attend. We cannot guarantee a response for requests received less than 3 days ahead of time.*
Does my pet need to have up-to-date vaccines?
We do not require vaccinations, but we do offer them on the day of your pet’s appointment for an additional charge.
I can't find my appointment confirmation email?
If you can't find your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder, as our emails are sometimes flagged by mistake. If you still don’t see it, feel free to send us a quick message through our Contact Us form.
